1. If i'm already a member of SEVENS CARE physical store, do i need to register as a new member for Online Store?

Yes. To purchase at Online Store, you need to register as a new member to reap the benefits exclusively for Online Store members.

2. How can i track my order(s)?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. Just click the link to see the Shipping details. However, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

3. Can i change or cancel my order?

4. How to return or get refund?

5. How long do i have to wait to receive my order(s)?

Please expect at least 5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular)

6. When is the expiration date for all the products on Online Store?

All of our products have more than 6 months of expiration date, unless stated.
