Delivery charges shall be borne by the customer

A valid prescription is required to be submitted via WhatsApp for all controlled medication

Customer’s order will be delivered using Sevens Care Pharmacy's appointed delivery partners

Customer shall remit full payment to the designated bank account of Sevens Care Pharmacy and provide proof of remittance for verification

Order (s) will be delivered within the same / next working day of Sevens Care's operating hours upon receiving full payment

Kindly note that delivery might encounter a slight delay should there be a large volume of orders and/or bad weather

Change of delivery address is not allowed once payment is made

Should customers be not available at the arranged time, a representative must be appointed to receive the order(s) on behalf of the customer.

Upon receiving the order(s), the customer is required to inspect the goods and notify the respective outlet immediately should any discrepancy, defects or damages be found.

Full payment must be made via instant transfer into Sevens Care's bank account. A remark with the customer's name or mobile number as reference is required.

The proof of remittance / bank-in slip must be provided to the outlet for verification.

The price of good(s) sold will follow the outlet’s price at the time of purchase.
