METHOD OF USE : CLEAN THE AFFECTED AREA Wash the area where you will apply the cold patch with soap and water. Make sure the skin is clean and free from any oils, lotions, or creams. PEEL OFF THE COLD PATCH Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the patch. Avoid touching the adhesive side with fingers to maintain cleanliness.
