Nepro HP is a 1.8kcal/ml, energy dense1,2, oral nutritional supplement and tube feed, for use as a sole source of nutrition or as a nutritional supplement for patients with;
Chronic or acute kidney disease who are on haemodialysis or continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)
Cirrhosis
Those with other conditions requiring a high-energy, low electrolyte, low volume enteral feed

Increased serum albumin
Increased serum prealbumin
Improved nutritional status (as signed by SGA [subjective global assessment])
 
Nepro HP has CARBSTEADY® carbohydrate blend designed to help manage blood glucose response. This is due to the presence of fibersol, a slowly digested, low glycemic carbohydrate4,5. It is also enriched with a prebiotic FOS. Prebiotics may help support the management of uremia6.

Nepro HP is suitable as a sole or supplemental source of nutrition to be used under medical supervision. Nepro HP has decreased levels of potassium compared to standard feeds.
